Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Azof Consulting (“Azof”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law.

Who we are

Azof Consulting is a financial services data transformation and delivery consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland, with teams in London, Madrid, Frankfurt and Bangalore. For the purposes of data protection law, Azof Consulting is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at info@azofconsulting.com or through our contact page.

What data we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on any work you ask us about.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This data is used to keep the site secure, to diagnose faults and to understand overall site usage. It is not used to identify individual visitors.

Anti-spam checks. The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a submission comes from a person rather than automated software. Turnstile processes limited technical data about your browser for that purpose only.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

  • Responding to enquiries. We process contact form data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
  • Running and securing the website. We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available, secure and working properly.
  • Analytics. If we enable website analytics, we will only set analytics cookies with your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision making or profiling.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, provides security services and, where enabled, the Turnstile anti-spam check.
  • Brevo delivers the email notifications and confirmations sent when you submit the contact form.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep your data

  • Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or for a contract.
  • Technical and security logs are kept for a short rolling period by our hosting provider and then deleted.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your data
  • restrict or object to how we process your data
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our legal basis

To exercise any of these rights, email info@azofconsulting.com. We will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland’s supervisory authority, at www.dataprotection.ie. We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern with you first.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable hosting and email providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

This site may link to other websites, including LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
